The Field Officer plays a critical role in executing Shri Jyoti Sewa Mission’s programs at the village, town, and community level. With a focus on beneficiary engagement, awareness generation, and on-ground monitoring, the Field Officer ensures effective delivery of services such as healthcare camps, education drives, tree plantation, women empowerment workshops, and shelter home activities. As the bridge between the NGO and the community, the Field Officer strengthens trust, collects feedback, and ensures programs have maximum local impact.
