The Program Manager plays a leadership role in designing, coordinating, and monitoring NGO programs that address the diverse needs of underprivileged communities. At Shri Jyoti Sewa Mission, the Program Manager ensures alignment of projects with the organization’s mission in areas such as child education, healthcare, environment protection, livelihood generation, women empowerment, and social welfare.

With expertise in NGO program management, capacity building, resource mobilization, and community engagement, the Program Manager develops strategies, sets goals, supervises project teams, and ensures the long-term sustainability of initiatives. By working closely with donors, CSR partners, government agencies, and grassroots beneficiaries, the Program Manager ensures that every program delivers measurable impact, empowering communities and promoting inclusive development.
